The Sexual Violence Helpline offers a safe, judgement-free space where anyone who has been affected by sexual violence will be welcomed, heard, believed and supported. Their choices will be respected.
Our organization
The Montreal Sexual Assault Centre was mandated by the Québec Ministère de la Justice to manage this provincial helpline for listening, support and referral. Since 2010, telephone counsellors have been responding to calls from every region across Québec.
Service commitment
The Sexual Violence Helpline is an anonymous, confidential service for victims of sexual violence and those who want to help them. Telephone counsellors offer callers a safe, respectful environment that is free from all judgement.
